For Afghani-fusion street food, head to Madar for the win. That Chapli Burger with a pillowy brioche bun will hang my dreams until I go back for another.  Tried the Naanwich with gyro meat and it is fantastic!

The Tandoori Chicken Samosa was more meat than potatoes and peas, and HUGE. The Sultan Fries just edged out Jack’s Urban Fries for my favorite in Sacramento.

Spicy potato Bolani tasted a little over done, but I didn’t hate it.

Online ordering, easy peasy, lemon squeezy. Everything was ready when we arrived to pick it up. Which was great, since we are mid-kitchen remodel. Take out is everything these days.

Cannot wait to go back to try everything else on this small but flavorful menu.
